I'm here to listen, understand, and support you. Sessions with me are creative, exploratory, and built around the concerns you have today. You can expect to have a lot of space to talk and move through your concerns with compassion.

When you can make space to pause and reconnect with what matters, you can begin to move toward a life that feels more like your own.

A blended, contextual approach.

I consider the experiences, relationships, environments, and life circumstances that shape how you see yourself and move through the world.

Depending on what feels useful for you, our work might involve conversation and reflection alongside cognitive and mindfulness strategies, imagery, narrative exploration, and parts work.

These approaches are not a formula. They are resources we can draw  upon according to who you are, what you are experiencing, and what the work calls for.

There is room for complexity.

We can work with what is present and adapt the process as your needs change.

Trauma-informed therapy

Holding your experiences within their broader, relational, cultural, and personal context, with attention to safety, choice, agency, and pacing.

Narrative exploration

Exploring the narratives through which you have learned to understand yourself and making room for those that may better reflect your values, capacities, and possibilities.

Parts work

Becoming curious about the parts of you that may hold competing needs, beliefs, fears, and hopes, without reducing your experience to any one part.

Cognitive and mindfulness-based approaches

Developing greater awareness of thoughts, patterns, and internal experiences while creating more flexibility in how you respond to them.

Therapy for when you feel stuck, stretched thin, or ready to explore something different.

Sometimes we don't need to push harder, figure it out, or become better versions of ourselves.

Sometimes we may need to pause.

To rest.

To listen.

To make space for what's here.

To gradually make room for curiosity, intuition, values, and meaning.  And reconnect with parts of ourselves that have been quiet, overlooked, or asking for our attention.
